Work through the program at your own pace, in the privacy of your own home. There are no meetings to attend and no embarrassing weigh-ins. This is a totally private, home-study program.

The Weight Loss Coaching program was created by Jennifer Lee. Jennifer is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor, based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. It is the combination of Jennifer's education, experience from working one-on-one with clients and her own personal experience with weight management that led to the development of this lifestyle approach program.

Once you join this program, each week for eight weeks you will receive an email with two attachments which relate to that particular step of the program. One attachment is the reading notes (in PDF format which requires the Adobe reader program to open it), and the other attachment is a word document workbook which contains activities for you to complete (and your answers are for your eyes only). Save these documents to your computer and work through them in your own time.
